By car in ten minutes you can reach the Leonardo da Vinci international airport, Aurelia road, Mazzini square, Eur zone, the Parco De Medici golf club, new Rome exhibition and through the G.R.A. the other areas of Rome.
All around the Residence there is a garden as 5.000 mq., each apartment has a private balcony as 18 mq. or a private garden as 100 mq.
